HR-PT: List of Membership Contributions

Purpose
To provide a list of the contributions paid by the employees andforwarded by the employer to the corresponding membership entities.
The information provided by this report must include, for each entity:

  • Personnel number

  • Membership number

  • Name

  • Current gross salary

  • Basis amount

  • Membership fee

    • Prerequisites

    • Infotype Membership Fees (0057) must contain data.

    • The List of Membership Contributions can be generated only after the
      • payroll is run and its resulting data are stored in the cluster.

      There is no official layout required for this report. It can bedelivered in printed form or in an electronic format.
      This report is also configured to be displayed in MS Excel sheet. Tohave it displayed this way, press the Excel button on top of thereport.
