Purpose
The purpose of Year-End Reporting is to produce the statutory forms (orfiles) required. Generally these forms make no difference betweenSingle Employment (an employee just holds one contract) or MultipleEmployment (an employee holds more than one contract at the same time).For that reason Multiple Employment is completely embedded into thestandard Year End Processing. The major purpose of report RPCEOYG0PBSis to ensure that all linked contracts for an employee are cumulatedtogether and that the relevant Year End Reports are produced only oncefor an employee. Besides the constraint that for Multiple Employmentall linked contracts for one employee are cumulated together the outputis completely based on the standard Year End Processing RPCEOYG0.Single Employment employees are not affected by the additionalfunctionality of Multiple Employment.
