Programme SAP RPCEDTE0 - Remuneration Statement

Description
This program generates the form used as the remuneration statement inthe Spanish payroll.

Functionality
The remuneration statement is usually generated after the payroll, andbefore the corresponding bank transfers are made.
If more than one payroll is executed within a single period, theremuneration statements can be generated after each payroll run.
This program can also be used to generate remuneration statements forordinary payrolls and for employee special payments. The function iscarried out in the following way:
The program generates the remuneration statement based on payrollcluster RE for ordinary payrolls, and cluster XE for special payments.
To generate special payments only (for payment in the middle of aperiod, for example), transaction PC00_M04_CEDT_XE can be useddirectly. This transaction starts the program, taking only cluster XEinto account.
The total payment or the difference between the total payment and thespecial payment, can be generated by starting program RPCEDTE0, usingeither transaction SE, the menu, or transaction PC00_M04_CEDT. In thiscase, distinctions are made between the wage types by assigning themthe correspondonding value inevaluation class 06
.

Output
The remuneration statement contains a list of the payments made to anemployee, as well as the amounts deducted for taxes and SocialInsurance contributions. General notifications or individualnotifications can also be included, and will appear on the form in aseparate information box. This additional information, which could bea general message from the company or a birthday greeting, is createdin the Notifications infotype (0128).
