HR-PT: Earnings Complementary Survey

Purpose
To collect annual information about the earnings of employees within acertain activitiy group. The information gathered here, together withthe information gathered by the Personnel Summary, draws the statisticsabout the average earnings, as well as the influence of profession,age and seniority in the amount earned.
The collection of this kind of information is mandatory for allcountries in the European Union.
The survey is divided in two parts:

  • Part A - collects information about the company or the subarea
    • (estabelecimento).
    • Part B - collects information about the amployees' characteristics.

      • Prerequisites
      The Earnings Complementary Survey can be generated only after thepayroll is run and its resulting data are stored in the cluster.

      Selection
      For this survey, select the employees who have the same month of birth,independently from the year of birth, and who are also listed inPersonnel Summary.

      Output
      This survey is run in October.
