Report RPCDTFD0 allows you to correct payrolls once a transfer run hasbeen created.
Taking into account that the data medium exchange preliminary programRPCDTAD0 was started with the Indicate transfers parameter, anddepending on the payment summary of the data medium exchange preliminaryprogram, main errors will be specify in the payroll.
It will not be possible to start the payroll with the corrected valuesbecause the marked amounts are considered as transferred and onlydifferences for these amounts will be determined. It is possible tocancel the payroll because no modification is allowed by subsequenttransfers.
Now by means of this utility program, it is possible to unset the markedtransfers and therefore to repeat the payroll.
It is also possible to create a payroll frequency of use by means of acancellation. Through parameter Cancellation, an entry with a negativeamount will be added to the payroll results for each marked entry oftable BT. All the transfer orders that are cancelled this way will notbe evaluated by a subsequent payroll. This way, it is possible to storeand log the recall of individual data medium payments in the system.
Finally, the transfer order must be revoked from the master data and thepayroll must be repeated.
