Report RPCDTFD0 enables you to correct payroll data after a transferrun has been created.
Let us assume that the parameter 'Set flag for transfers' was set forpreliminary data medium program RPCDTAD0 when it was started, and thatbasic payroll errors are ascertained using the payment summary for thepayment print and tape generation program. This makes it impossible torestart the payroll with corrected values because the payroll programregards the flagged amounts as transferred and simply calculatesdifferences for these amounts. The payroll run might even be cancelledbecause it does not allow subsequent changes to be made to transfers.
This auxiliary program enables you to retract the flags set fortransfers so that the payroll can be re-run.
You can also effect a cancellation to enable the payroll to be runagain. If the parameter 'Cancellation' is set, a negative amount isentered in the payroll results for each flagged entry in table BT.Subsequent payroll runs do not evaluate any of the transfer orderscancelled in this way. This enables you to store and log the retractionof individual data medium payments in the system.
You must then retract the transfer order from master data and repeatthe payroll run.
