Programme SAP RPCCUMUL - Convert T512W Entries in Processing Class 70 from Spec ' ' to '0'

Title
Convert Processing Class 70 Wage Type Specifications from ' ' to '0'

Purpose
In Releases 3.1H through 4.5B, the cumulation of wage types in the TaxCumulated Result Table, determined by processing class 70, leads to thesame result both under specification ' ' and specification 0.Under either specification, wage types will not be cumulated in theTCRT.
From Release 4.6A forward, this situation no longer applies. If certainwage types are not to be cumulated into TCRT, then specification 0
must be maintained for these wage types in PRCL 70. Wage types thatretain specification ' ' in PRCL 70 will not be cumulated properly withregard to the TCRT.
In light of this change, RPCCUMUL has been created for use from Release4.6A forward. This new report enables you to convert the PRCL 70specification for your wage types from ' ' to 0. Upon runningthis report, wage types that previously held specification ' ' will beconverted for proper TCRT cumulation.

Activities
Perform the following steps to convert the PRCL 70 specifications ofall wage types from ' ' to 0.
From the main report screen, enter country grouping 07 tospecify Canada.
Select the Test run checkbox (if desired), then selectExecute.
Depending upon whether or not you select the Test run checkbox, one of two outcomes will follow.
If you do not select the test run checkbox before running thereport, a summary screen will appear, listing all wage types whose PRCL70 specification has been successfully converted. Each wage type islisted by its four-character identifier, name, and new specification inPRCL 70.
In this case, since the Test run checkbox was not selected, conversion is complete for all wage types listed on the summary screen. As a result, all wage types listed will cumulate properly with regardto TCRT from Release 4.6A forward.
Consequently, no further action is necessary. Exit the report andresume processing.
If you do select the test run checkbox before running thereport, a summary screen will appear, listing all wage types whose PRCL70 specification will be converted if you execute the reportoutside of test mode. Here, too, each wage type is listed by itsfour-character identifier, name, and future specification in PRCL 70.
In this case, review the wage types listed, return to the previousscreen, deselect the Test run checkbox, and re-execute thereport.
