Programme SAP RPCBLHD0 - Construction Industry: Employee Statement for Social Fund Procedure

Purpose
The report creates the special employee statement for the leaveentitlement for industrial employees.
When the data medium has been created and the notifications for thesocial funds have been saved, the report procedure creates allnecessary employee statements.
This occurs in the following cases: at the end of the fiscal year afterthe January payroll run and if an employee leaves or makes anorganizational change during the year.
The annual statement contains the following information:

  • The remaining entitlement from the previous year or the remainder of
  • the interim entitlement. This entitlement expires at the end of theyear for the employer, who can now only be reimbursed by the fund.
    • The entitlement in the current year from the last employer. This
    • entitlement includes
      The period of employment and the number of employment days
      The gross wage and the resulting leave compensation
      The adjustment amount for illness, military service, wintercompensation, and reduced hours
      The resulting leave entitlement in days and in leave compensation
      The leave granted by this employer
      The available remaining leave from this employer
      • The wage compensation granted in the winter period.

      • The remaining leave entitlement from the current calendar year that can
      • be carried over to the following calendar year.
        If an employee leaves or makes a organizational change that affects thefund during the year:
        • The remaining entitlement from the previous year that can be granted by
        • the new employer in the current year
          • The entitlement gained in the current year with the same information as
          • for the annual statement.
            If cancellations have been triggered by retroactive runs, the up todate employee statements are created automatically.

            Integration
            The address for the employer is determined in feature DZUBT. If thepersonnel areas and subareas are not grouped, the address of theemployee's personnel area is taken.

            Prerequisites
            You have created the data medium for the social fund procedure andsaved the notifications in the database.

            Activities
            When the statements have been created, save the notifications on thedatabase. To display the printed statements, use parameter Displayprinted statements.
