Programme SAP RPARLANW - Archive Wage Return 2006

Purpose
This report is used to save wage return archive files.

Integration
You can execute the second step in the process, namely deleting wagereturn data in the system, by running report DeleteArchived Wage Return.

Prerequisites
You have set up archive object Archive Object for Wage Return 2006 (PA_NLLA) using transaction Define ArchiveObjects.

Selection
The following options are available:

  • Legal Person

  • This is used to select the wage returns linked to a legal person. Foreach wage return that you wish to archive, you must have the necessarychange authorizations in authorization object P_NL_LA06 (activity"Change" equal to "01").
    • In-Period/In-Period Year

    • This is used to specify the in-periods of the wage return to bearchived. You can structure the archive data by calling each period tobe archived separately, starting with the earliest period.
      • Test Mode/Product. Mode

      • This is used to determine whether or not data should be archived. If yourun the report in test mode, a list is displayed with the number ofentries to be archived.
        • Note

        • This is where you can enter a note for the entry.

                                      Note!
                                      The corresponding entries in the B2A Manager are not yet archivedwith this report. However, you can manage them with "Further management"in the B2A Manager.
                                      Before you start archiving, you must check that no more adjustments arerequired for the selected wage returns. To prevent inconsistent datafrom being archived, only wage returns are archived:
                                      • That are already closed

                                      • The adjustments of which are already closed

                                      • The most recent adjustments of which lie before or within the selected
                                      • period
                                        • For which no older wage returns exist in the system that do not meet one
                                        • of the three above-mentioned conditions
