Programme SAP RPAR1R00 - PA: Archiving - Reload Program for Payroll Results (PA CALC)

Description
Report program RPAR1R00 has not been released.
This program must be started from archive management (transaction SARA).
You can use program RPAR1R00 to reload archived accounting results(import/export file PCL2, cluster Rx) into the database.
You can reload an entire archiving session
, or just part of an archiving session.
If you only want to reload part of thearchive, you can specify acertain set of personnel numbers. Other selections are not possible. This selection only applies to the specified archiving session.
When data is reloaded, the current archive is invalidated so that itcannot be read or reloaded. Data which is not reloaded is written to anew archive. The output list shows the number of the new archive. Duringthe test run, the number of the opened archive is displayed as the 'newarchive'.
Be extremely careful when reloading data. Do not use an archive as a'swap-out' file which is reloaded each time you need the data. Onlyarchive data if you are sure it is no longer required in the system.
Data is not locked during reloading. For this reason, you must notperform accounting runs for personnel numbers during the reloadingprocedure.

Entry options
If you choose 'Reset Pers. RA Date', the system enters the initial valuein the 'P0003-PRDAT' field of infotype 0003 for each personnel number itreloads. If you select the 'Set Pers. RA Date' option in the deleteprogram, this field contains the value determined by the archivingprogram.

Precondition
The archiving object PA_LDOC hasbeen archived using the archiving programRPAR1W00. Data is then deleted from the system usingthe delete program.

Output
If data has been reloaded, the number of reloaded objects, the number ofobjects in the new archive and the number of the new archive is output.
The detailed log contains control data which can be helpful in remedyingerrors.

Example
You have archived data which is still required in the productive system.Remedy this error by reloading the entire archive. Then select andarchive only the data which you really no longer require.
