Description
This report enables you to display a list of all vacancies. You can usethe requirements profile to find a candidate for vacancies created inPlanning and Development. If you have accessed the report via the menu(Selection procedure -> Screening), the system only displays vacanciescreated in Planning and Development. In all other cases all vacanciesare displayed and can then be evaluated and maintained.

Precondition
In order to use the 'Find candidate', 'Description of position' and'Requirements profile' functions, integration with Planning andDevelopment must be active and the vacancies must have been createdin Planning and Development.

Output
The list contains the following data:

• Activity


• Start date


• End date


• Line manager


• Personnel officer's ID


• Staffing status


• Indicator as to whether vacancy was maintained using PD
