CA Driver

Purpose
This driver drives the entire CA process. The input parameters can be:network, sales date, major product code, frequency code, and trial finalindicator. It then calls all the appropriate functions. When therequired allocation modules have been performed, control returns to thisdriver. It then decides whether to update the permanent tables based onwhether the allocation was performed on a trail or finalbasis. If theallocation was a trial, the permanent tables are not updated andtemporary tables contain the results.
