Purpose
This program provides a record count (by year) to give the user an ideaof where the data is residing chronologically. This may help indetermining how to set the retention periods on a table-by-table basis.

Selection
Table Name:,,,,The name of the table for which the report is run.
Supress Years with no records (Checkbox): ,,Mark this checkbox tosupress any zero-count years from the report.

Output
The ouptut shows the record count by year for the chosen table. Sortedin descending order.

Activities
Double-click a year row to get the record count for each month for thatyear.
