External Journal Entry Batches Loader

Purpose
To Load Journal entry batches generated outside of PRA system into PRAsystem. This loads only batch type '04', '40' and '41'. No otherbatch type can be loaded from external file.

Prerequisites
The external data file should be created as a binary file and adhere tothe layout defined in Include ROIUH_JEBD0014. All entries in the inputfile will be assingned a single batch number and will take values forCompany Code, Accounting Period and Batch Type from the User Input whenthe Program is executed. The file needs to reside in application serverand its complete name including path, should be given as input.
