Title
Create/update SSR archiving tables and archiving objects.

Purpose
Create a list of SSR tables which can be archived using archivingobject OIR_SSRARC.
This process adds the existing payment cards table names (as found intable DD02L) to table OIRA_ARCH_TABLES.
Update the archiving definition for archiving object OIR_SSRARC.
All DTF (detailed transaction file) table names are added to thearchiving definition, in table ARCH_DEF.
Existing DTF archiving objects in the namespace OIR* (exceptOIR_SSRARC), as found in table ARCH_OBJ, are made obsolete.
These archiving objects are assigned a new archiving program (technicalfield ARCH_OBJ-REORGA_PROG) called 'ROIRA_ARCH_OBSOLETE'.
This prevents new data from being archived to these now obsoletearchiving objects, now that the definition of archiving objectOIR_SSRARC has been updated.
