Description
The report deletes shipment cost documents if the document itemquantity assignments are missing for the appropriate shpiment.
The process requires the creation of these assignments (entries intables OIGFIIQ and OIGFIIQS), which are saved to the database.
Neverthess, the SCD's are deleted to get no data inconsistencies.
