Title
Fill table T006_OIB and T006D_OIB with initial entries.

Purpose
Table T006 contains the units of measurement (UoM) and if customized,also the temperature specification of a UoM.
For the calculation of gas it is necessary to use units that aredependent on pressure, combustion pressure, combustion temperature, andheating value class.
These new fields are stored in table T006_OIB and partially with SAP Oil
gas 4.72, also in table t006. these fields must be maintained for allstandardized UoMs. For all entries in table T006, there must be acorresponding entry in table T006_OIB. It can be initial or maintainedfor standardized UoMs.
Report ROIBXUOM_R3E checks all entries in table T006_OIB and insertsinitial values for all missing entries. It also retrieves existingIS-Oil specific entries from fields in table T006D that no longer existin SAP Oil & Gas 4.72.
The report works cross-client. It saves the IS-Oil specific entries fromtable T006D into the new table T006D_OIB, which is delivered with SAPOil & Gas 4.72 in order to remove any SAP Basis modifications.
