Description
This report determines all billing documents created by IS-H where boththe percentage and price fields are blank. The records in question arerecords for finally billed extended services and were created due to aninconsistency in the extended insurance verification.

Precondition
Please note that the report checks the entire VBRP table and,consequently, is very performance intensive.
For this reason, only ever start the report in the background and at atime when there are few users in the system. No billing may beperformed when the report is running (since billing also causes changesto be written to table VBRP).
