Description
The program determines the number of patients treated by eachinstitution in a given year. A patient is considered to be treated ifat least one movement is recorded for him or her in the periodspecified.

Precondition
The evaluation period is a required entry.

Output
The program outputs the institution with the corresponding number ofpatients treated. A sum total (of all institutions) is formed andoutput.
