IS-H Report for Setting Reference Diagnosis

Purpose
Report RNUREFDIAG is used to enter the reference diagnosis for allcases with diagnoses entered after the specified key date (which mustoccur after 12/31/1999).
This report retrospectively enters a correct reference diagnosis foreach record in the database table NDIA. However, it does not preventthe creation of new incorrect records. To prevent this, import note193040 (Ref_cat for surgery diagnoses is blank). This correction isalso delivered with Add-On Support-Package 13 for 4.02 and 13 for 4.03.
