Description
This program checks whether or not the assignment of services to IVrequests is consistent.
The report first selects all IV requests/certificates that have acancel flag. The report then checks whether any assignment records toservices (NLKZ) exist for these requests/certificates.
If so, these assignment records are deleted (providing the report wasstarted in production mode).

Precondition
Always start this report in test mode first.
