Purpose
The report determines canceled insurance verification headers to whichactive (non-canceled) insurance verification items are still assigned,and tries to cancel these items. The report cancels relevant insuranceverification items only if the following conditions are satisfied:

• Non-canceled invoices do not refer to the insurance verification items


• A link (technically: NLKZ assignment) does not exist between a billed
service and the insurance verification item.

Prerequisites
Make sure that you run the report in the background when the system loadis low, since it checks a large volume of data in the system.

Selection
You can run the report for single cases, or also for the entireinstitution. You can also run the report in test mode.
Always initially run the report in test mode.

Output
The system outputs the result of the report as a simple list.

Activities
If you run the report in test mode, no database actions are performed.The system simply determines the data containing errors.
If you run the report in production ("live") mode, the system cancelsinsurance verification items for canceled headers, without requestingconfirmation.
Always initially run the report in test mode and check the results list.Then run the report in production mode for a couple of cases and checkthe result in the database or in the transaction concerned (insurancerelationship or insurance verification). If the result is correct forindividual cases, you can go ahead and run the report for the entireinstitution.
