Description
The report RNTTEMPL is designed to demonstrate how a report should bewritten in IS-H and can be used as a template.
The report lists cases and the associated patient names.

Precondition

Output
All of the cases that match the selection criteria are output.
Columns:

• Case,,Case number with associated check digit (if set in

,,,,the IS-H Implementation Guide)

• Name,,Patient name, comprising the name prefix,

,,,,surname, and first name.
The total number of cases found is output at the bottom of the list.
