Save Occupancy Data of Institution as Extract.

Purpose
This report calculates the occupancy data of all departmental andnursing organizational units of an institution for the last full 12months, and saves the results per organizational unit as a extract.
If MiniApps are used that show the current occupancy, e.g. of alldepartments, the report should be run every day early in the morning.

Features

Selection
If you select the Update occupancy option, the system determinesthe occupancy data from the last four weeks.
If you select the Re-determine occupancy option, the occupancydata is calculated from scratch.
