Description
This program enables you to create a case selection, which determinesthe cases to be billed on the basis of specific visit types and/or aa visit period. You can select outpatients and inpatients.
The following additional selection criteria are available to you:

• Departmental organizational unit of a visit


• Nursing organizational unit of a visit


• Status profile and status of the basic medical document.

Note
To prevent runtime problems, you should limit the analysis period ofthe visits and the visit types in a judicious manner.

Precondition
Only those cases are taken into account


• which have not yet been finally billed (can be turned off)


• which have no billing block (can be turned off)


• which correspond to the entered visit type(s)


• which have at least one visit in the entered period


• for which such a visit has the status actual.

Via two parameters, you can specify

• whether only cases which are billed via the PPA are to be selected
(Select PPA Billing Cases Only)

• whether cases which are billed via the PPA are not to be selected
(Do not Select PPA Billing Case). You can specify whether a caseis a PPA case by means of an indicator in the case data.
The system outputs the selected cases in an ALV list.
If you did not run the report in test mode, the system writes thespecified case selection to the database.
