Purpose
The report transfers the entries of table N2DT into table N2DTAPPLFORMATfor all clients.
It should run as an XPRA. You can also start the report as a batch jobor in a dialog, as only a small quantity of data must be processed. Thereport can be repeated without problems.

Integration
The application of a document category is responsible for data storage(enter, change document). The application is still in table N2DT-APPINS.The format of a document category determines the form in which adocument is displayed, printed, etc.
For an application you define per action (display, print, print preview,quick view), whether display formats other than the standard arepossible (table TN2DTAPPLFORMAT). Most applications do not have specialdisplay formats, e.g. there is no special display format for WINWORD andWORDCONTAINER, i.e. display, print, print preview always uses MS WORD,while PMD document categories can be displayed as SAPSCRIPT printouts,PDF or XML.
For each document category you can determine which format should be usedfor which action. Until now the formats appeared in the N2DT fieldsAPPDIS, APPQVW, APPDRU, APPDRA. As of Release 6.00 the formats arestored in table N2DTAPPLFORMAT. In this table you only enter formatswhich differ from the application.
