you can specify which catalog or assignment catalog is to be exported.
Using the export parameter, you can specify the sequential file intowhich the catalogs are to be exported.
With the specifications for the test mode, you can control whether asimulation run for checking the results of a possible export is to beexecuted.
Using the log request, you can obtain a detailed export log.

Precondition
It is necessary to enter the institution and at least one catalogselection from the basic catalogs or assignment catalogs.
If the test mode is turned off, the specification of the sequential filewith a defined path is necessary. For this path, you must have writeauthorization.
The report will only be executed if the catalogs in your system aremaintained, and the catalog entries are not marked with a deletion flag.

Output
The active log mode will produce a detailed output of all data recordsfor those catalogs selected as well as the number of data recordsdetermined.
If you have turned off the test mode, you will be shown an overview ofthe catalogs exported with the number of data records transferred to thesequential file.
