Purpose
You can use this report to delete archived documents from the R/3database.
The system will only process documents with the indicator NDOC-STORELOC= 'B' (Document exists in archive and in R/3).

Prerequisites
To execute the program you will require the authorization for theauthorization group N_2_DV1 in the authorization object S_PROGRAM.

Selection
Using the change date, you can also select documents which have notbeen changed, as the system will fill the change date when the documentis created.

Output
You can execute the report in test mode. The program will create a logand will make no changes in the database.
