Purpose
Please note that you have to execute the report if you are already usingQuick Diagnosis/Service Entry with Release 4.72 prior to Patch 24 orwith Release 6.00 prior to Patch 12.
If you are only using Quick Diagnosis/Service Entry subsequent to Patch24 of Release 4.72 or Patch 12 of Release 6.00, it is not mandatory toexecute the report.

Selection
You can execute this correction report by institution and for theperiods in which the long texts of the diagnoses were created.
The report also checks long texts for diagnoses already canceled.
Be sure first to execute this correction report in test mode, in orderto select the incorrect diagnosis long texts, but not to correct them asyet. The report displays whether incorrect diagnostic long texts existand checks if they are assignable by the report.
If you actually execute the report (not in the test), the wrongassignable diagnosis long texts found are corrected. The report replacesthe invalid diagnosis long text key (STXH TDNAME) with a valid diagnosislong text key (NDIA EINRI+NDIA FALNR+NDIa LFDNR).
Please note that the report can require long runtimes due to largequantities of data. When you have very many diagnosis long texts (STXHdata records), it is advisable to execute the correction report forshorter periods and restrict the output options, as otherwise theinternal tables can overflow or a there can be a spool overflow. Thiswould result in a runtime error.

Output
The report returns a total of the incorrect long texts.
"Assigned long texts" checkbox set in the access screen: The total oflong texts which the report can assign is displayed here. In addition, adiagnosis key (NDIA FALNR and NDIA LFDNR) and the long text key (STXHTDNAME) are displayed.
"Unassigned long texts" checkbox set in the access screen: The total oflong texts which the report does not assign is displayed here. Inaddition, a diagnosis key (NDIA FALNR and NDIA LFDNR) and the key of theunassignable long text (STXH TDNAME) are displayed. This error istriggered by an error in the internal program flow and should notnormally occur.
"Unassignable long texts" checkbox set in the access screen: The totalof long texts which the report cannot assign is displayed here. Inaddition, the case number (NDIA FALNR) of the diagnosis and the u
nassignable long text key (STXH TDNAME) are displayed. This error istriggered by the report if all the diagnoses for the case already have avalid long text.
