Purpose
This is a correction report that is used to enter the missing long textindicator for diagnoses that were entered with a long text in quickdiagnosis/service entry.
You can execute the report at any time and can run it repeatedly in thesame system. Please note that you must run this report if youimplemented release 6.00 of the Clinical System before Patch 14. If youimplemented the Clinical System after Patch 14 of release 6.00, you donot necessarily need to run this report.

Selection
If you select the Test Run indicator, the report does not make anychanges on the database.

Output
The report generates a list of the diagnoses for which a long textindicator was entered subsequently.
