List report for displaying the assigned tasks of the services of acatalog.

Output
You can have a two-level list with this program:
- after entering: list of the desired services of a catalog
- after double-clicking on a service: all tasks which are planned forthis service.
Deletion indicator:
- in the "service" line, the deletion indicator of a catalog-service isdisplayed. You can also receive further information for this line bydouble-clicking.
- in the "task" line, the deletion indicator of the task is displayed.
