Programme SAP RMQUOT01 - Product Allocation: Enter Collective Product Allocation in Hierarchy

Description
This program adds mass characteristics to aninformation structure that is to beused for product allocations. Such characteristics are represented bythe masking symbol that you maintain in table T190H (the Customizingactivity Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Availabilitycheck and transfer of requirements -> Availability check ->Availability check against product allocation -> Specify hierarchy ->Maintain product allocations hierarchy). The individual fields (thecharacteristic values) are filled in their entire length with thissymbol.
The changes are only saved in the database if the Change databaseswitch is set.
This program does not change existing mass characteristics. Suchcharacteristics do not prevent the program from running smoothly.

Requirements

  • The information structure must be suitable for product allocation
  • processing. To find out whether or not an information structure issuitable, run program RMQUOT10.
    • A masking symbol needs to have been maintained for this information
    • structure in table T190H (the Customizing activity Sales andDistribution -> Basic Functions -> Availability check and transfer ofrequirements -> Availability check -> Availability check againstproduct allocation -> Specify hierarchy -> Maintain product allocationshierarchy).
      • Only one masking symbol has been maintained in table T190H for this
      • information structure.
To check your Customizing settings, run program RMQUOT00.

        Output
The system issues a list of all the mass characteristics possible forthis information structure, together with the internal names of thecharacteristics.
Only fully qualified characteristic value combinations are displayed.
The Level column shows the level of the hierarchy in which themass characteristics begin.
Column Fct (which stands for "function") contains an I ifthe characteristic values combination is missing in the hierarchy andis to be/has been inserted.
Column Fct contains an i if the characteristic valuescombination is missing in the hierarchy but has not been/is not to beinserted.
Product allocations processing has no general object (column KONOB).Therefore, the system makes no entry on the first level. However, it isalways displayed as missing.
Column Fct contains an X if the characteristic valuescombination is missing in the hierarchy and no mass characteristic isto be/has been inserted.
The following columns show the characteristics for which you will beable to plan product allocations. These are the characteristics definedin the information structure.
