• for which objects the effective disposal date has been
reached or has passed(due objects)

• the disposal rules used in a fileplan (active
disposal rules)

• for which objects a disposal lock is set (disposal hold
)
in Records and Case Management.

Selection


• You can limit the selection of due objects to individual fileplan
classes and individual disposal actions.

• You must limit the selection to a fileplan class for the selection of
active disposal rules.

Output
You get a hit list of the relevant evaluated objects.
You can lift the disposal hold viaUnlock in the hit list of the disposal hold.
