Purpose
You can define the retention periods and the disposal status of recordsand cases using this program.

Features
The program outputs a list according to the selection criteria in whichthe retention time, the start and the end of the retention period andthe disposal status are displayed for each record and the cases assignedto it.
Cases that are not in a record are displayed at the end of the list.
You can see the current status from the traffic light display in theCheck Status. If you double click on the traffic light, you canaccess the detailed information on the status.
The following statuses are possible:

• No retention time defined


• There is no date defined for Retention Period from


• There is no date defined for Retention Period to


• Retention period and retention time are different


• Values of cases are different to values of the assigned record
