Automatic document adjustment if sales prices have changed

Purpose
You can use this report to automatically adjust purchasing documents ifsales prices changed.
This is needed if sales prices change after a purchase order has beenentered, but the new purchase prices are needed to continue processingthe purchasing documents (purchase orders and delivery schedules). Thisavoids incorrect sales price valuation at goods receipt, for example.

Integration
You can also use report RMEBEIN1 (automatic document adjustment forindividual documents) and RMEBEIN2 (automatic document adjustment -mass processing) to carry out a subsequent adjustment in line withcondition changes in the purchasing documents. However, you cannot usethese reports to handle sales price changes.

Features

Selection
If you do not enter any selection parameters on the selection screen,the system determines all purchasing documents for which conditionchanges are to be adjusted. You can limit the number of documentsselected by entering selection criteria.
Note: If you select a document item, e.g. by entering a materialor material group, the system selects the whole document.

Output
The system checks whether sales prices have changed, and if so, carriesout the relevant changes to the sales prices. Once the report has beenrun, a log is available containing the messages that occurred.

You can also run the report in the background. To do this, create avariant and schedule the report in the background.
