Description
The report RMCWNEUA aids the statistical setup of theinformation structures in the Retail Information System. Informationfrom several R/3 applications (Inventory Controlling, Sales andDistribution, Purchasing) and from cross-application, retailtransactions (SP revaluations) is set up in this information system.
In the selection screen of the report, you can select the respectivesubarea by placing a cross in the check box. This means the setup onlyinvolves those documents belonging to the subarea you selected. Atpresent, data from Material, Purchasing, Sales (billing documents),and SP revaluaton documents is used in the complete statisticalsetup of the Retail structures.
All documents are read in accordance with the selections you have madeand the statistics update is then triggered for these documents. Youcan also perform a statistics setup from achive documents for thosedocument types that can be archived.
The newly generated data records can be saved to the informationstructures, either under a preliminary version &xx or directlyunder the actual data version 000.

Precondition
If the newly generated data records are to be saved directly under theactual data version 000, you need to use RMCWISSC toensure that the key figures for the respective document type arerecovered and reset to zero beforehand to avoid any incorrect valuesoccurring in the information structures concerned.
The statistical setup only functions when the enhancement has beenactivated for Retail in Customizing beforehand.
To ensure consistency, documents must not be regenerated or modifiedduring the statistical setup.

Note
When dealing with large amounts of data, you should set up eachdocument type individually in order of importance, and start theprogram as a background job in order to distribute the system load moreevenly and avoid peaks.
When you double-click on the checkboxes to select the document type,the selection screen changes in accordance with the document type youselected, i.e. the system only shows the selection criteria specific tothat document type.
