Programme SAP RM07NKON - Batch input for condition records output determination

Title
Batch input for condition records in output determination

Purpose
With this program, you can create thecondition records foroutput determination in Inventory Management that are recommended bydefault. As condition records concernmaster data, they cannotbe delivered with the system, but must be created in the customersystem.
This program only creates the condition records if none of theserecords already exist in the system. Existing condition records are notoverwritten.
After the program has started, you can determine on the initial screenwith the dispatch time (NA_VSZTP) indicator, whether the messages are to be sent immediately whilst posting thegoods movement, or at a later point in time.
When the program has finished, you will receive an output list with thefollowing messages for each condition record:

  • Newly created condition records

  • Example: "S record was inserted." (S = success message)
    • Created or existing condition records

    • Example: "The condition record you have entered already exists."
      • Message stating whether the settings for print determination should be
      • checked.
Example: "Plant/storage location: Check settings for printdetermination".
        • Message stating that the printer in the user master record should be
        • maintained for the user, because the standard setting for the printerparameter only works with S (print determination according touser default values).
Example: "Fixed values of user: Maintain printer in user masterrecord."
          Note
Only condition records for goods receipt/issue slips are created; youmust still create the condition records manually for label printing andmails. From Inventory Management Customizing, choose the activityOutput Determination -> Maintain Conditions -> Create Condition:Inventory Management.
To execute the program, choose the transaction code for the programexecution (SA38).
