Stocks with subcontractor

Purpose
This report provides an overview of thestocks of material providedto vendor. You can select stocks both via the name of the
vendor) and via plant,material, or company code.

Prerequisites
To display the stocks, you need authorization to display the materialmaster data for the plant that provided the stock (authorization objectMaterial master: plant, activity 03).
To display the values, you also need authorization to displayaccounting documents (authorization object accountingdocument: authorization for company codes
, activity 03).

Output
The report issues a list with the following information for eachvendor:

• Material number


• Plant providing the material


• Batch


• Stock types: unrestricted-use
stock, stock in quality
inspection restricted-usestock with the subcontractor

• Total value of material in
local currency
From the output list, you can dsiplay the following via theEnvironment menu:

• Material documents: If you place the cursor on a material, you
receive an overview of the material documents for this material for theplant and the subcontractor, from which you can see the materialprovided and the consumption. If you place the cursor on asubcontractor, the documents for all materials relating to thissubcontractor are displayed.

• Stock overview: Stock overview for the material


• Vendor master: Vendor master record for the subcontractor
