Display physical inventory overview

Purpose
This report displays for each company code the status of the physicalinventory for all available material stocks.

Prerequisites
You need authorization to display physical inventory documents for allselected plants. (Authorization object Physicalinventory document in the plant, activity 03)

Features
You can also call the physical inventory overview for the previous year.When selecting stocks, it is possible to differentiate between warehousestock, company's own and externally owned special stock.

Output
The report lists the stock management units that have the inventorystatus you chose on the initial screen under physical inventorystatus.
The list provides the following information:

• All materials belonging to the
stock management unitsselected

• Whether the material is split
valuated or managed inbatches

• The special stock indicator


• Assignment

Specifies for special stocks the assignment to theaccount assignment object,for example, the sales order, project or vendor.

• In the next three columns, the physical inventory status for every type
of material is displayed. You can have the physical inventory statusA (physical inventory active) and D (physical inventorycarried out).

• Whether a value-only material

is concerned

• Whether the deletion indicator is set for a material

To display more physical inventory statuses for the chosen stock unit,choose Goto -> Physical inventory

• Still to be activated

This means that the physical inventory is still to be carried out.

• Still active

This means that the physical inventory is still to be completed.

• Executed

This means that the physical inventory has been completed.

• Reactivated

This means that a physical inventory document was created by the useragain after the physical inventory was completed.
If you place the cursor on a material, you can display the following viathe Environment menu:

• the physical inventory document by choosing Phys. inv. doc. for
material

• the physical inventory data by choosing Phys. inv. data for material



• the material master record by choosing Material


• the stock overview by choosing Stock overview

Following the list of selected stock units, the stocks,stock types and plants thatare not contained in the selection are listed.
Sample-based physical inventory
If you use the ERP sample-based physical inventory procedure or another sample-based physicalinventory program in conjunction with the SAP interface in yourenterprise, the physical inventory status may be marked with a Sfor the stock types unrestricted-use and in qualityinspection in the warehouse stock. If so, the stock unitsmarked like this are covered by a sample-based physical inventory.
Only the sample-based physical inventories marked with the statusactive or successful are included.
