Description
The report Changes to Physical Inventory Documents allows you todisplay a list of all change documents for physical inventory documents.Each time a physical inventory document is changed, the system creates anew change document.
On the initial screen you enter the physical inventory document numberand the corresponding fiscal year. In this way you can searchspecifically for the change documents relating to a particular physicalinventory document.
If you only enter a fiscal year, the system displays a list of allchange documents that were created in that year.
If you know the number of the change document, call it up directly.
However, you can also display changes to multiple physical inventorydocuments that were made by a particular user or from a particular pointin time.

Preconditions
The system only creates change documents if:

• Creating change documents is specifically allowed, for individual
plants, in Inventory Management Customizing in the activity Settings for Physical Inventory .

• A user changes a physical inventory document (MI02)


• A user changes a physical inventory count (MI05)

Output
The system displays an overview of all change documents for physicalinventory documents:


• Physical Inventory Document Number


• Fiscal Year


• Change Document Number


• Change Date


• Change Time


• Name of Changer


• Transaction Code with which the Changer Changed the Physical Inventory
Document
Based on this list you have the following options:

• Choose a physical inventory document to be displayed


• Display the detail view of a physical inventory document

The detail view tells you what the respective user changed in thephysical inventory document header and in the individual physicalinventory document items.
