Description
The programm for transmitting WM transfer orders to the incentive wagetask of the HR component selects all transfer orders that are relevantfor the HR incentive wage task and transmits them to the inboundinterface of the HR incentive wage task. The transfer orderstransmitted are then marked accordingly so that they cannot beretransmitted. The HR status of the transfer order is changed from 'HRrelevant' to 'Transfer to HR'
The system only considers the header data of the transfer orders. Itemdata is not considered. The transmitted planned time is calculated byadding together the planned processing time from WM and the plannedprocessing time of the external system. If some data is missingaccording to the Customizing settings for performance data, the systemdoes not transmit the corresponding transfer order and writes an errorto an error log.
In the field Number of records per block, the user can enter themaximum number of transfer orders to be transmitted to the HRinterface.
When processing is completed, the system issues a log that displays thenumber of transmitted transfer orders and any errors that might haveoccurred.
