Programme SAP RLLT6300 - Control report for single entry of actual data

Description
Report RLLT6300 is used to set the parameters for the single entry ofactual data.
If you choose the corresponding Customizing option, report RLLT6300 iscalled up directly so that you can make the desired settings and savethem as a variant.
If you choose the corresponding WM menu bar option, the system firstcalls up report RLLT6400 that allows you to enter the desired variantfor report RLLT6300. Report RLLT6400 then calls up report RLLT6300,submitting the variant and skipping the selection screen. Subsequently,report RLLT6300 takes you to the actual data entry screen. The systemshows you the selection screen of RLLT6300 only, if you are in theCustomizing application, and not, if you are in the WM component.

Settings:
Warehouse number: warehouse number, for whichyou want to initiate single entry of actual data
Transfer order: If only specific transfer ordersare suitable for automatic assignment, you can define these using thisselect option.

  • Assign one-step: The system will only display the assignment screen for
    • single entry of actual data.
    • Two-step processing: The system will display a
      • branching screen on which you have the option between the assignmentscreen and the entry screen for single entry of actual data.
      • No actual time: You do not enter any time specifications, that is,
        • entering the processor is sufficient.
        • Actual duration: In addition to the processor, you enter the actual
          • time as the net duration time of the transfer order.
          • Start/end time: In addition to the processor, the transfer order needs
            • the start time/date and end time/date pairs. If this data is to betransferred to the HR component, the difference between the two timesmust be less than 24 hours.
            • Through entry: You have to enter the TO number to select the TO for
              • assignment.
              • Automatically by the system: You can enter the TO number to select the
                • TO for assignment. If the number is left blank, the system searches forthe next suitable TO and assigns this one. During this search, thesystem uses the dynamic selections of this report as a basis. The TOsequence is created in ascending order based on the creation date andthe creation time.
                • Yes: When you execute the assignment, the system prints the TO
                  • automatically.
                  • No: When you execute the assignment, the TO is not printed
                    • automatically.

                    Precondition
                    Single entry of actual data is only appropriate for TOs for which theindicator for the performance data is set to one of the followingvalues:

                    • Value 2: Entry of actual data

                      • Value 3: Calculation of planned data and entry of
                        • actual data
                        • Value 4: Determination of incentive wages

                          • You can find performance data processing control in Customizing forWarehouse Management by choosing:
                          Activities -> Transfers -> Processingperformance data.

                          Example
                          Single entry of actual data is possible with reserved workstationterminals in the warehouse on which usually only this transaction isactive. A variant of report RLLT6300 can apply for a specificworkstation terminal and can control processing for this workstationterminal.
