Description
This report serves as an example to demonstrate how information thathas been posted in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) can becompleted by postings in Inventory Managment (IM). In order to keepthis sample ABAP understandable and easy to use, the program has beenintentionally restricted to IM movement type 501 (goods receiptswithout a purchase order into unrestricted stock) without creatingtransfer requirements.
In the standard system, this movement type affects interim storage area902 and storage bin "GR-AREA" (depending on the language used).
You can select any quants that are listed and then carry out theappropriate goods receipt transaction in IM.
You can process selected quants in the "background", "foreground" or inthe "foreground in case of errors".
For other movement types, the corresponding changes must be carriedout.The can affect the following:

• Symbol preceding the selected quants


• Stock categories, special stock


• Additional data entries that are required during goods receipts
postings

Output
The system confirms the posting of individual quants, and whenappropriate, includes them in an error log.
