Description
This report generates an inventory comparison between InventoryManagement and Warehouse Management.
On the selection screen, you can limit the area for comparison byentering the plant / storage location, plant / warehouse number or onlyone warehouse number. On the basis of your entries, the systemevaluates the corresponding quantity information for all allowedcombinations of plant, storage location and warehouse number.
In addition to specifying the area, you can also determine the extentof information to be issued. Here you have three options:
'With bin quantities'
In addition to generating the corresponding stock figures for eachcombination of material / batch / special stock indicator / supplier,you can also have a list of the corresponding WM bin quantitiesincluded.
'All data on material'
Even if only one difference occurs in one of the listed combinatationsof material / batch / special stock indicator / supplier, all materialcombinations are listed.
'Generate batch input session'
If you mark this field, the system will generate a batch input session.By starting the batch input session, the differences to be cleared areremoved in the IM system. Negative WM stock figures and stockdifferences in returns will not be cleared.
If you want to have a batch input file generated for the purpose ofclearing the differences, it is important, for consistency reasons,that the materials in the respective warehouse are blocked in orderthat postings affecting stock figures can be prevented.
CAREFUL: If you generate this session, all the material stocksbelonging to the respective warehouse number are blocked completely,that is, for the duration of the program, no postings affecting thestock in the warehouse will be possible!

Prerequisites
This comparison is also possible for warehouse numbers managed on adecentralized basis.

Output
The list is issued with a width of 132 characters/line. The differentmaterials in the list are separated by a line. The list is structuredas follows:
The first line contains the plant, storage location, warehouse number,and the material number.
The following line contains the first combination of batch / specialstock indicator / supplier and stock category with the stock figures inInventory Management, in Warehouse Management, and the difference.
It possibly also contains the bin quants, depending on yourspecifications.
...
Last combination of material.
Possibly also the respective WM quants.
Totals line for all combinations of a material.
If a batch input session is to be generated, the list contains a noteat the end as to whether or not a session has been generated and a listof any materials which could not be cleared because of negative stockfigures or because they belong to returns stock.
