Description You can define values for the CO-PA characteristics in planning layouts.However, a characteristic cannot be used for planning unlessit is updated at the segment level. This is controlled via the OEKZflag. If this flag was deleted when you created a planning layout, anabend occurs in planning. This program deletes these entries (which are no longer permitted)in the planning layout.
