Description
This program creates a batch input session to create cost elements. Youmust enter the controlling area in which the cost elements are to becreated as well as the period of validity. You must also enter a namefor the batch input session and the user of the session.
You define which cost elements are to be created in table TKSKA. Thecost element type determines if these are primary or secondary costelements. In the case of primary cost elements, the program creates acost element for each G/L account occurring within the range defined inTKSKA. If the cost element is secondary, a cost element correspondingto the bottom limit of the range is created.

Precondition
Table TKSKA must be maintained.
