Description
This report creates standard letters for mailing to selected businesspartners as part of a sales promotion. It can also be used to create asales activity for each business partner.

Selection Criteria
Sales promotion
You must specify a valid sales promotion. The system performs anauthorization check using the publications assigned to the salespromotion and its product division.
Text name
In this field, you must specify the name of user-defined standard textcreated specially for the standard letter in SAPscript using transactionSO10. To maintain the standard text, please use the menu path Tools ->Word processing -> Standard text from the initial menu JSP0.
Business partner
You can specify business partner characteristics to limit those to whomstandard letters are sent.
Publications being promoted
The sales promotion specified defines the publications being promoted.If the indicator 'Incl. subscribers' is selected, the standard letter isalso sent to business partners who already subscribe to one of thepublications in the specified sales promotion.
Postal code evaluation
This block enables you to select particular business partners accordingto geographical criteria. To do this, you can specify one or more postalcode evaluation areas.

Print Control
Form
The system contains a sample form by the name of 'ISP_SERIE_COMMON'. Allthe fields in structures 'JGVDB_GP_K', 'JGTSADR' and 'ADRS' can bedisplayed.
For address formatting, the form must be assigned a format for the role'BP'.
Language
If you specify a language key, processing only takes place for thislanguage.
If you do not specify a language, the report processes all businesspartners regardless of their correspondence language. If the standardtext or form is missing for a particular language, the report uses thetext and form in the system language and displays an error log.

Generating Sales Activities
You can generate a sales activity for each business partner who receivesa standard letter. To do this, you must specify the relevant informationon the selection screen.

Output
When you have run this report, there will be standard letters forprinting in the printer spool.
If you selected the indicator 'Generate sales activities', the systemcreates a batch input session for generating the sales activities forthe selected business partners.
