Description
This report creates an overview of gifts (promotional material)sent or reserved during the introduction period, or of those for whichcomplaints were received.

Precondition

• In the standard system, the list is sorted by material number. However,
you can also choose to sort it by material short text.

• If the indicator 'Material out of stock' is selected, gifts that are
out of stock are also included in the list.

• The report does not form totals of complaints if you do not specify
a complaint reason.

Output
If the user executing the report does not have authorization for aparticular product division, the materials belonging to that divisionare not listed.
