Description
This report selects orders by gifts. You can either search forindividual gifts or for gifts for individual suppliers. You can alsomake a distinction between orders according to whether the orders areallocated gifts or not.

Output
The report displays the sales promotion, gift, shipping date of gift,additional payment amount for gift, sales agent, sales agent address,valid-from date, sold-to party, order number and item.
