Print report to evaluate relationship between carrier and carrier routeetc.

Precondition
Four different evaluations are possible:
Specifying carrier route and select business partner
Specifying business partner
Specifying service company
2 and 3.
The first three evaluations can be exploded by business partner orservice company. This means, for example, in the second evaluation thatthe service company and carrier route are listed when you explode thelist. (Note: expansion is not relevant for the fourth evaluation.)
You can also choose to have the list sorted according to the 'from'date or XXX.
